Honey Mustard BBQ
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon white wine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
3 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
8 thin cut pork chops
Place honey, orange juice, apple cider vinegar,
white wine, Worchestershire sauce, onion powder, tarragon,
and mustard in a large resealable plastic bag.
Slash fatty edge of each chop in about
three places without cutting into the meat;
this will prevent the meat from curling during cooking.
Add chops to the plastic bag, and marinate
for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Oil grate, and place meat on the grill over high heat.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, or until done.
